To this end, ramarketing had begun exploring the latest generative AI technologies, using them in a handful of case studies to differentiate itself from the competition and empower its team to drive better results.
Encouraged by these initial successes, ramarketing wanted to take the next step forward and drive an agency-wide operational and mindset shift towards full AI adoption. However, the agency needed evidence of how a wider rollout of AI would improve productivity and quality of work, as well as insights on how the team would respond.
To gather insights and support its decision to roll out AI at scale, ramarketing approached us to deliver a Proof of Value project, trialing the latest AI integrations within Google Workspace.
ramarketing’s main goal was to build a solid business case for a wider rollout of Gemini. The agency also wanted to ensure its team knew how to use this tool effectively in their roles, with a particular focus on crafting successful design prompts.
To help ramarketing reach these objectives, we delivered a Gemini trial so that the agency could evaluate the tool’s potential to create new opportunities and help the team work better and faster.
As a first step, we collaborated with ramarketing to establish clear success criteria for the project. Then, we started the trial by offering an overview of Gemini’s capabilities. The next steps included Gemini AI hands-on experiences for the ramarketing team, and full training in prompting best practice. Finally, we conducted a thorough pilot overview to analyse the trial’s results.
The trial gave ramarketing the evidence needed to proceed with an agency-wide implementation of Gemini AI.

The project revealed that Gemini saved on average 41 minutes per person per day, allowing the team to reinvest that time in other high-value initiatives. As a result, 79% of project participants felt that Gemini provided sufficient value to justify keeping the licences.
