Qodea is delighted to be named the Best Global Google Partner to Work For 2023 at The Digital Revolution Awards

5th June, 2023 – Qodea, one of Europe’s largest dedicated Google Cloud partners, has been named the Best Global Google Partner to Work For 2023.

After being announced as the Best UK Google Cloud Partner to Work For in April, Qodea has now been named winner of the Best Global Google Partner to Work For 2023 by The Digital Revolution Awards at their awards ceremony.

The Digital Revolution Awards is a global organisation that celebrates businesses working in the cloud technology ecosystem through their awards and fundraisers.

Speaking after the ceremony, Charlotte Batters, Head of People at Qodea reflects, “We’re so pleased to have won the award for best Google Cloud Partner to work for, first off in the UK and now the Global award. It’s a fantastic opportunity to shout about the open and supportive culture we’ve worked so hard to build at Qodea over the years. There were some great businesses up for this award, so we’re extremely proud to be selected as the winner.”

The nominations are assessed on their excellence in diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainability, employee health and wellbeing, training and certification, talent attraction and retention in the partner ecosystem. Since establishing their DEI strategy in 2021, Qodea has focused on meaningful inclusivity, underpinned by the work of their DEI Board and DEI Workshops. The sessions, attended by 73% of the workforce, provide the perfect forum to discuss important topics, helping Qodea to foster a culture of openness and inclusivity.

Charlotte continues, “We have some incredibly passionate people who are determined to make sure Qodea is an inclusive and socially responsible organisation, but also that we’re making a positive impact on our industry as a whole.”

The win is another impressive accolade and testament to the great work Qodea does in these areas. The company has also recently become B Corp accredited, named in Flexa’s Top 100 most flexible companies to work for, and ranked in Newsweek’s UK’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list, showcasing their dedication to continuous improvement, employee benefits, company culture, and leading positive industry change.
