B Corp

We believe in business with a positive impact, and we’re mindful of the way our company connects with the world around it. We’re a certified B Corporation and our commitment to sustainability shapes what we do and how we do it - from the way we work with our customers to how we nurture and develop our talented community.

If you’re wondering what it means to be B Corp certified then, in short, it is an in-depth audit which measures a company’s entire social and environmental impact.

But in reality, there is a lot more to it than that! Achieving a B Corp status demonstrates a business has achieved (and is committed to maintaining) high standards on factors such as employee benefits, charitable giving and responsible supply chain practices. These benchmarks are set by an independent Standards Advisory Council and companies need to be recertified every 3 years in order to maintain their B Corp status.

Flexa 100

Qodea has been verified by Flexa as being a truly flexible employer. Each year Flexa issues a survey to our employees in which they assess our benefits, policies and working practices, resulting in an independent rating or ‘FlexScore’.

Our most recent ‘FlexScore’ is 90%. It has gone up each year we’ve renewed our engagement with the platform, which shows how we continually explore new policies and benefits that promote a positive work/life balance for our employees.

We are currently sat at #28 in Flexa’s list of the 100 most flexible companies to work for. We’re proud of this achievement, which reflects the trust we have in our employees to get the job done in the way that works best for them.
