Tom Ray

Tom’s role as CEO is to guide the business through its next phase of growth in Europe. His long track record in the cloud world started at Cloudreach in 2010, where he worked as US General Manager, helping grow the business from 7 to 900 employees. Tom joined CTS in 2020 as COO, becoming CEO in 2021 and leading significant growth in the group’s revenues, headcount and geographical reach. Before working in cloud, Tom worked in technology roles in the shipping and oil & gas industries. Tom has an MA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen, UK.

James Dalziel

James is responsible for our “3Cs”: customers, commercial and trading activities and country operations. An experienced board-level executive leader with responsibilities spanning the Americas, APAC and EMEA, he joined Qodea in October 2023. James followed a leadership career at EDS, Unisys and T-Systems with 11 years focusing on transforming private equity portfolio companies at Bregal Capital, EMK Capital, Soros Fund Management and Marlin Equity. James holds an executive MBA from Henley Management College.

Martin Trower

Martin oversees the company's financial operations, including planning, risk management and reporting. With two decades of experience across technology, manufacturing, consumer goods and professional services, he excels in strategic financial planning and digital transformation. Martin's broad-based knowledge and proven track record bring fresh perspectives to the team, fostering collaboration and driving the company's financial strategy towards sustained growth and success.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an Executive MBA from Ducere Global Business School (University of East London).

Luella Martin

Luella joined Qodea in 2024 and is responsible for marketing, PR and brand management. With 18 years’ tech industry experience, she has worked in mid to large private equity-backed organisations throughout her career, including as CMO for the UK’s largest public-sector software company Civica, financial services company Acuris and LexisNexis. Luella has a strong background in marketing transformation, business growth and is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Strategic Marketing, Commercial Law, Arts Marketing and Economics from Victoria University, Wellington, and a range of UK postgraduate marketing accreditations.

Hugh Simpson

Hugh joined the team in 2024 and leads the engineering and delivery organisation for Qodea. With over 20 years’ experience in technology, data and applied AI, he was formerly co-founder and CEO of data and AI nearshore engineering company Liquid Technology, VP Data & AI at transformation partner Ciklum and worked at EY’s global data and analytics practice. Hugh is a former officer in the Royal Australian Navy. He holds an MBA from the University of Sydney, a GDComms and BA from the University of New South Wales and a range of technology accreditations.
