1. Why are you changing your company name?

Since the merger of Appsbroker and CTS in October 2023, we’ve built a new brand and visual identity, one that’s representative of us, as Europe’s largest Google Cloud Cloud only transformation partner. Our new name ‘Qodea’ combines the words ‘code’ and ‘idea’. This embodies the essence of who we are and what we do; providing tried and trusted digital solutions, whilst helping our clients look to the future and innovate. Pronunciation: co-dea

2. When will the name change take effect?

The official name change took effect on the 12th September.

3. Will the name change affect our existing contracts or agreements?

No, the name change will not impact any existing contracts or agreements. All legal obligations and terms will remain in place.

4. Will your contact information change?

Our primary contact information, such as our main office address and phone number, will remain the same. However, our email addresses (see section below) and website domain will change to reflect the new company name. Welcome to qodea.com!

5. What will happen to your email addresses?
  • As of 12th September, any staff member with an @appsbroker.com email address will change to @qodea.com. Any emails sent to our appsbroker email addresses will be forwarded to our new email addresses for the next few months, to ensure that no emails are lost. However, for calendar invites/document sharing, please make sure you use the correct ones.

  • Staff members with a @cts.co email address will change to @qodea.com later, this will be communicated on beforehand.

  • Staff email signatures will be updated to ensure our new email addresses are made clear
6. Will the name change affect your services or products?

The name change will not affect the quality or scope of the services and Google Cloud solutions we provide. We remain committed to delivering a high level of expertise and support. We offer an unbeatable combination of talented engineers, industry and regional expertise, and an unwavering ability to leverage cutting-edge Google Cloud technology to realise our customers’ most ambitious projects.

7. Will there be any changes to my team or point of contact?

Our team and your dedicated point of contact will remain the same. You can continue to rely on the same individuals for your Google Cloud needs. See section 5 for more information about mail addresses.

8. How will the name change affect our invoices and billing?

Invoices issued after the official name change date will reflect our new company name. We will provide clear instructions on any necessary updates to your payment processes. If you have urgent questions, reach out to finance@qodea.com.

9. Will the name change affect any ongoing projects or support requests?

No, the name change will not disrupt any ongoing projects or support requests. We will continue to provide seamless service throughout the transition.
